Wine of ruby to purplish color. Intense rich aroma of dark fruits with a touch of prunes, chocolate covered cherries, roast coffee and cinnamon. Full fruity taste with corresponding internal structure stressed by the velvety tannins, slight spicy flavors and zesty aftertaste.
Wine pairs ideally with most meat dishes, heavier fish, cured meats or red sauces. Delicious with roast duck.
