  • Quality white wine, semi sweet. Wine with a golden hue and the aroma of white roses and nutmeg. After the spicy aroma you will taste honey and pears. When you cool the wine longer, it can also be served as a starter. . It is also often served with appetizers, especially coupled with goose liver pates. Tramins pair well with an onion cake or with smoked fish, an eel. It is also served with some exotic, spicy Asian meals or sweetened meats. Ideal serving temperature 8 - 11°C.
