  • Quality white wine, semi sweet. Wine with a golden hue and the aroma of white roses and nutmeg. After the spicy aroma you will taste honey and pears. When you cool the wine longer, it can also be served as a starter. . It is also often served with appetizers, especially coupled with goose liver pates. Tramins pair well with an onion cake or with smoked fish, an eel. It is also served with some exotic, spicy Asian meals or sweetened meats. Ideal serving temperature 8 - 11°C.

Wine pairs ideally with sweet water fish, but also with white meats and mild cheeses as well as vegetable specialities. Serving temperature 11 - 13 °C.

Full fruity taste with corresponding internal structure stressed by the velvety tannins, slight spicy flavors and zesty aftertaste. Ideal wine to go with most meats, fish, smoked meats or red sauces. Delicious with roast duck. Serving temperature: 15 až 17°C.
  • Quality assorted dry red wine Wine of ruby to purplish color. Intense rich aroma of dark fruits with a touch of prunes, chocolate covered cherries, roast coffee and cinnamon. Full fruity taste with corresponding internal structure stressed by the velvety tannins, slight spicy flavors and zesty aftertaste. Wine pairs ideally with most meat dishes, heavier fish, cured meats or red sauces. Delicious with roast duck. Serving temperature: 15 až 17°C.

This wine pairs well with meals sich as pasta with creamy sauces and bacon, asparagus cream with caviar or a slow veal roast with pureed celery and green asparagus. Serving temperature: 9 - 11°C.
